About Wisegrid

Wisegrid is a spreadsheet-native work management platform built for project-driven teams that have outgrown disconnected spreadsheets but do not want the complexity, cost, or learning curve of traditional enterprise software. It keeps the familiar grid experience teams already understand—rows, columns, formulas, hierarchies, copy and paste, and cross-sheet references—while adding the structure needed to manage projects, workflows, resources, and reporting at scale. Teams can use Wisegrid to plan projects, track schedules and budgets, manage requests, coordinate approvals, allocate resources, and monitor work across multiple projects. The platform supports spreadsheet, Gantt, board, and calendar views over the same underlying data, so different teams can work in the format that suits them without creating separate systems. Forms make it easy to collect requests and updates, while workflow automation can handle notifications, assignments, value changes, row movements, and multi-step approval processes. Wisegrid also includes real-time dashboards and reports for tracking KPIs, project status, budgets, capacity, and portfolio performance. AI-powered formulas help teams classify information, extract key details, and summarize project data directly inside the grid. Reusable blueprints help standardize recurring projects and workflows, while comments, attachments, APIs, and webhooks support collaboration and integration with existing processes. The platform is especially well suited to spreadsheet-heavy small and mid-sized businesses in construction, engineering, professional services, agencies, and operations. Common use cases include project planning, construction schedules, RFIs, change orders, budget tracking, resource and capacity planning, approval workflows, client reporting, and portfolio dashboards.
